Managing Project Members

Innotescus allows multiple users in an organization to work on the same project simultaneously; project membership is managed by any organization member with an access level at or above supervisor.

Adding Project Members

To add members to a project, navigate to the members tab within that project, click ‘invite members,’ and select the members from the organization that you'd like to add. Each member's permissions level is set at the organization level.

Viewing Member Activity

The activity chart shows project supervisors a history of all members' contributions to the selected task(s) measured by time spent annotating or the number of submissions per day. Click the download link to save a screenshot of the member activity or the underlying values as a .csv. Each line of the exported .csv file has the values shown below:

task name, date, annotator, num submissions, annotation time (seconds)
