Managing Project Members
Innotescus allows multiple users in an organization to work on the same project simultaneously; project membership is managed by any organization member with an access level at or above supervisor.
Adding Project Members
To add members to a project, navigate to the members tab within that project, click ‘invite members,’ and select the members from the organization that you'd like to add. Each member's permissions level is set at the organization level.
Viewing Member Activity
The activity chart in the members tab shows the selected members' productivity for the given date range and activities in three different ways, each described below. Click the download link to save a screenshot of the member activity or dowload the underlying values as a .csv file.
Activity Type Filters
Supervisors can view project member activity filtered by activity type. The different activity types are annotation, editing, reviewing annotations, and correcting annotations.
Downloading Member Activity
Supervisors can download member activity as a .csv by clicking the download icon above the activity chart. The daily activity data will be provided as shown below:
activity type, project name, task name, date, annotator, num submissions, annotation time (seconds)

Number of Submissions
View the number of annotation sets submitted by each annotator. Exporting the underlying data as a .csv for this chart conforms to the format below:
Number of Instances
View the number of individual instances submitted by each annotator. Exporting the underlying data as a .csv for this chart conforms to the format below:
Time Spent Annotating
View the amount of time spent annotating by each annotator. Exporting the underlying data as a .csv for this chart conforms to the format below:
